The Concept

Born Purple allows us all to come together as one implying we should all be PURPLE, where we can all be Bilingual and Proud. It is for families who want to pass down their cultural heritage through language, no matter what languages are spoken at home. The concept reflects the blend of identities in today’s multicultural families. Our first book is specifically designed to teach Gujarati to children aged 2-10, even if neither parent speaks the language fluently.  

With Born Purple, we are building a community that celebrates every child’s unique linguistic and cultural background. We believe that every child, regardless of race, language, or background, is Born Purple. Stand with me and join our community of linguists:
